The experienced, compassionate psychotherapists at Catbird have been selected to join our practitioner community because they have proven they can transform lives for the better. (I.e., less "talk", more "action.") They pride themselves on going deep with clients to enact significant, life-altering results that their clients can see play out every single day. Many of our psychotherapists are also trained in somatic and psychedelic-assisted therapies if they determine that is appropriate.

- Cost range is typically $100-200/hour USD
- Initial 15-min consultation is encouraged
- Other therapies could be incorporated, including plant and energy therapy, sound healing, spiritual direction and the like, if deemed appropriate
